AutoSport’s Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions Here at AutoSport we offer a Lifetime Warranty that is limited to certain types of repairs. We will warranty, for as long as you own your vehicle, most repairs made at our facility. This will cover only repairs made at AutoSport and is only valid if repaired at our facility. Wear and tear items are covered by our standard 36 month/36,000 mile warranty against defects and will not be covered after their individual normal or recommended service life. Some of these wear and tear items may have their own warranty for defects and premature failure. We will cover labor and use the part’s stated warranty. Fluids, filters and maintenance items are not warrantied beyond their recommended service interval. AutoSport will not warranty other parts of your vehicle that were not repaired by this shop. Some maintenance terms may apply to keep warranties in effect. If a part fails that we did not replace, and it ruins a part we did replace, the part we replaced will not be covered. If a part we installed fails during its recommended service life, and this failure causes damage to other components, we will assess the situation and come to a fair agreement with the customer for the repair of the damaged components. Any issues that may come up, that are not stated or outside the scope of this warranty, will be dealt with, by each individual situation, in the most fair way possible for all involved. If your vehicle is ever sold or transferred, this warranty is void. At AutoSport’s discretion, this warranty will be void if we discover any abuse, neglect or intentional damage of your vehicle, or that any custom work was done on your vehicle that had an effect on the repair. This warranty does not take the place of any warranty you may have with the vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket warranty nor will it cover labor on any parts purchased through AutoSport but not installed by AutoSport. Other exceptions may apply and AutoSport reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time, by providing notice in its shop.
